Hi, I’m very much confused and hoping that someone with previous experience, or a MOD can look into it. I’ve had PayPal credit for a number of years now. I switched banks back in November 2019 (maybe October 2019), subsequently for some reason PayPal didn’t get paid. I found this out on the 23rd December, immediately rung them and paid them an amount the advisor wanted (£275) and was advised that on the next payment date (28th Jan 2020) they would take around £360, this went through fine with no issues. I’ve since used PayPal credit, been paying on time every month, they have even been sending me emails trying to entice me into spending and offering 0% interest options on purchases. Fast forward to Tonight I get a ‘clearscore’ email sent to me to say that my monthly report is ready to view. I never look at it as I use expirean, but though I’d give it a look. It says that I have 1 account in default that is PayPal credit back in January 2020. It doesn’t display any payment history past that? I’ve checked all payments have been made, everything is up to date. I have nearly £1000 left on my available balance. What is going on?
