Currency withdraw issue

Description
How can I withdraw money from my account from USD to a USD account, without changing the currency? When I try to send the money Paypal changes the currency to EUR, but my account is not in EUR. So, they give me a VERY LOW rate of exchange, and then the bank will change it from EUR to USD again, so I lose 30% of my money.
