Hi guys! I have been regularly converting USD into GBP for over a year now and up until around 3 weeks ago I had never had any issues whatsoever. However, around 3 weeks ago whenever I went to convert my USD into GBP I kept receiving the following message: ‘We’re sorry, things don’t appear to be working right now. Try again later.’ I just assumed there must have been an issue with the website so left it until the following day and it eventually allowed me to successfully convert my money. However, I am now experiencing the same issue for the 3rd time in 3 weeks but this time the problem does not seem to have been rectified. I have contacted PayPal support and they basically don’t want to know. They have provided no useful information/solution to the problem so I’m left stranded and unable to convert my money from USD into GBP. Has this happened to anyone else before and if so, what would you recommend that I do? Hopefully someone will be able to shed some light on this as I have been well and truly shunned by the PayPal customer service team. They literally told me there was nothing they could do to help me and said there was no solution, which in all honesty, I find totally unacceptable. Regards
