dear paypal, My name is from Vietnam, currently I wanna receive money from foreign so I ask my friend help me open an Abra account. My friend said that only when I have an Abra account I can receive money from an American through Abra and then I will withdraw to my Paypal wallet. I payed almost $2000 for unlocking my Abra account but now I still can not registration on Abra. I wanna ask you that as your knowledge is it exactly I have to pay fee and tax for open an abra account? And after I have an abra account, how to I withdraw from abra wallet back to my Paypal wallet? I wait for your reply best regards,
