With all the delays of USPS, I was wondering if there was a way to automatically get email notifications of all shipment delivery updates. That way, if there is a delay, I can proactively handle it before waiting on my customer to reach out asking about it. Even if it’s just a check box during the label creation stage that would be helpful. Does anyone know if something like this already exists. I can’t seem to find it if it does.
