Amendments to PayPal’s User Agreements

Description
My issue with the new amendments are that there is so much to read and even more to try and understand. PayPal knows most people will not bother reading all the new info and can put in whatever they want. If PayPal really wanted us to know about the new amendments, they would give us the highlights in layman’s terms. I am learning that this company perhaps cannot be trusted and I believe I will withdraw my account.
