Description

I returned a bag from Coach on the 7th January using their label – DPD are the courier. The bag has been stuck in DPDs warehouse since the 10th Jan as they need export information from Coach – they have confirmed this and provided me with the fields that Coach need to update at their end – essentially Coach were not Brexit prepared at all. I’ve phoned Coach, updated the case, rang several times – nothing is happening – I’ve demanded a refund and keep getting fobbed off with we will refund when it gets back to our warehouse (in the Netherlands). The point is currently the item is never going to get there. I am essentially totally stuck – no handbag and no refund. Where do I stand and can Paypal do anything to help – this is a £400 item so not a small amount of money. I funded it through Paypal credit
