## Paypal Credit – Scam or Bureaucracy?

Let me tell you folks, I am officially starting to question my sanity (and Paypal’s trustworthiness!).

Remember that enticing offer a few weeks back? That sweet $20 credit just for signing up for Paypal Credit? Yeah, well, guess what? Apparently, someone at Paypal forgot to tell my credit account about that little bonus.

I received the confirmation email back when, patiently used Paypal Credit once, and now… nothing. Not a single cent of that promised $20. I’ve been holding the line with customer service for over an hour now – seriously, an *hour* – and I’m still waiting to speak to someone who can actually help!

Am I being scammed? Is this a bizarre case of corporate amnesia? Or are they just severely understaffed and drowning in customer complaints?

Needless to say, I’m not feeling very “well-funded” right now. paypal, is there anyone out there who can help me with this ridiculously frustrating situation?
