Good day, Even though I have read the paypal terms and condition regarding their policy on holding funds, I still can not remove the anger I have. Its just that I need the money, and I know I didnt do anything wrong. I even ignore the fact that they are imposing higher fees and low exchange rate. Just please have mercy on us.
