Refund in my favor via PayPal, processed by papal on 19th and shows on my PayPal statement. But not showing in my bank account or held in my PayPal balance. Had email from E bay saying the below. I did have a transaction dispute lodged with the bank but cancelled it when PayPal stepped in against the seller. should it take 4 days for the refund to show up (2 days being a weekend) Hi Adrian, We couldn’t cancel your order because the refund to your original payment method failed. Please contact your financial institution to address this issue.
