Description
I got an email telling me my funds were on hold due to a limitation and that I needed to upgrade to a business account or that the buyer could send an additional $500 for me to upgrade. I upgraded on my own but my funds aren’t available still and the buyer went ahead and paid the additional $500. I got another email telling me the buyer wants the $500 refunded via zelle/Venmo and I have to pay it back before my funds will be released. Is this normal?
