Xoom not letting me send with my PayPal balance

Hello! I have used Xoom to send money to a bank account once before. Everything worked out perfectly, I sent from my PayPal balance. But now when I try to send to the same recipient, the option to send with my balance isn’t there. It only has 2 ways to send, credit and debit card. The currencies match, I have more than enough money on my PayPal account to cover the fee and everything. And there isn’t any limitations on my PayPal, it works perfectly. How could I send money via xoom tho, paying with my PayPal balance? I really need some answers.
