Trying to transfer money

Description

My husband sent me $200 through PayPal and I tried to load it on my prepaid Visa card my husband sent me $200 through PayPal and I tried to load out on my prepaid Visa card that I have used before to load money on and it said it could not process it atthis time. I repaeatedly tried for 2 hours trying to figure something out. It kept saying update my card. I did update my card. And as soon as I updated my card, the notification popped up again. So frustrated as he’ll I went to Walgreens and bought another prepaid card. Instead this time it was a 2o dollar prepaid *p aypal MasterCard. I went set it up on my account and tried to transfer it. It did not go through. I don’t know what is going on. I cannot get through to actually talk to the folks at customer service. Any ideas??!! They would be greatly appreciated.
