Paypal has blockede and is holding over a $1,000 of my only money. Iv contacted them several times constantly getting the run around and no help. So finally today they email me and say to call them and that I will receive a one time code that will prove account ownership and then I’ll be able to call n talk to someone but I can’t seem to find a option to call anywhere only message the message center . Please help
