No matter what I do I still can’t take money out of my paypal account.

Description

Hello, it has been over 4 days now that PayPal has taken hostage over my money that I earned. It worked twice one morning but after that It kept saying « There’s a problem Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction. » When I try to add a bank it says  » Bad Instrument. »
Ive talked to customer support and they said « for some reason it is locked. » Giving me no actual reason for it to happen. Only to wait 24-48 hours which I did and still nothing.
Please help I can’t even send my packages yet because I have no money on my account to pay for them.
