money received on hold

Description

I received money this last 13th of December 2019 from United States however it is on hold or pending. A colleague of mine from Philippines, which is the same country of mine, send me money too on the same date to check if it will also put on hold however it instantly available upon receiving it. How come this is happening. I have checked my account and it says that I will get my money within 7 days of verification. Does this mean the money that was put on hold will be available on this 20th of December 2019? if not, when will it be available? I have attached screenshots from my account with regards to the pending money and the message that it will be available with 7 days of verification. Thank you.
