In my statement I got a refund from Paypal but then they recharged me?

Description

I recently got compromised and someone bought something for £20 using my PayPal. I disputed and then won the case getting the Playstation account terminated and receiving my money, the same day, PayPal then takes the money back from my bank account and from there I haven’t seen an increase in my PayPal account balance. So practically I haven’t gotten my money back….. note : This has also happened to me for my Amazon purchase, I got the refund and then gotten recharged similarly to this. IDK what’s happening but
