Do I need to confirm my identy to withdraw funds as a check

Hello I just started out as a Twitch Streamer and I just created a Business PayPal. I would like to know If my Identity needs to be confirmed in order to withdraw money I currently do not have a bank account that is linked to the account as I do not make enough to cover the fees for a business checking account. I have no problem with adding my identity, but currently I’m fighting with SSN about my birth date being corrected so its taking some time until I can make sure all the info will be correct.
