Completed payments still showing up as pending; PayPal messages no help

Hi everyone, I have two payments that were completed in February but that still show up in Pending Transactions, which messes up my bookkeeping. I have tried to contact PayPal over this and over the course of numerous messages reassuring their bots that I did need a response, re-attaching the original attachments, and saying that I did not need help archiving an invoice, I was finally given the details of the transaction I was inquiring about, which was not why I was inquiring! Since the phone lines are down… how can I phrase a message to clearly get through that I want them to move a completed transaction to completed transactions? Any advice? Many thanks. SO aggravating not to be able to get through to someone on the phone.
