Cash Advance Fees Linked to AliExpress

Hello, I have been slapped with over $100 in « cash advance fees » for using PayPal to purchase through AliExpress. Has anyone else had these issues? I was just purchasing little things like socks etc…. I am very sad because I cannot afford this and have not been able to talk to a real person at PayPal yet. Any guidance would be extremely appreciated. Is there any way of disputing these fees? I even cancelled all of the orders and the sellers have refunded me but the cash advance fees are still showing.
