Canceled – Money Received

Hello A week ago a costumer send me money ($6.79) for one of my products.. the page of my wallet said Money received – pending » and the day eCheck estimated it to be done i got the status: « Canceled – Money Received ». i contacted the costumer and his screen said « Canceled – Money sent » He said that he didn’t get the money back.. i didn’t get the money on my wallet either.. So the money is stuck on the page without neither of us being able to use it.. Help? My screen: Screen of my costumer: »
