When does it open? Is this when you first plug it in? You can turn it off or specify what you want to happen when you plug it in at Settings > Devices > Autoplay. If it’s sporadic then Right click Start button to open Task Manager, show More Details, then choose Processes tab, scroll down to Windows Processes, then further down to Explorer.
