I’m trying to to TRULY dispute a charge that was disputed in error previously, when it was thought to be fraud but wasn’t. So a dispute case was opened and then closed. Now I have received the items but they are bogus and do NOTHING (vs how they were described). I’ve been in touch with the merchant to return the items, but they will not receive them saying they are a personal item. These things are not as described, and are in no way effective! I just want my money back. There is no customer service available by phone and I’ve been around and around in circles with PayPal’s automated limitations, where I cannot get ANY help. WHAT CAN I DO?!?
