ISSUE A Is anyone else getting this error message? Its a new business account. The funds are cleared. Every time I try to transfer the funds from my verified account to my verified bank account, I get the message We’re Sorry Something Went Wrong” I have set up my Business Account and Profile properly. ISSUE B I have one payment ON HOLD The first transaction since opening a business account. The payment is for accommodation booking (not a product to be shipped) but I followed advice and set tracking to “shipped” but does that mean the customer has to set their status to “product received” I am a SERVICE not a PRODUCT so why does Paypal assume it needs to be shipped like an item from eBay? This is a nightmare. I’m dealing with a lot of money and have bills to pay and its LOCKED in Paypal hell. “
