I ordered 2 cups. Its been over 3 months and I have been in contact with the girl many times. Excuse after excuse. When I went to open a case it would only allow the option of unauthorized transaction and wouldent let me pick thatbi didn’t receive my product. It closed my case and denied the claim even though I typed an explanation in the comments. Now it won’t let me even reopen a case. I tried messaging but the machine won’t let me get past the same thing saying its closed… $70 and no darn cups.. please help
