PayPal Cancelled Refund

Description
Bought an item from eBay and a few days later the seller issued me a refund. On the day the money was supposed to be released to my credit card, the refund got cancelled by PayPal. I’ve been in contact with PayPal about it and even opened a claim and my claim was denied in favor of the seller. PayPal is claiming they have done absolutely nothing wrong. I now haven’t received my refund and PayPal is pretending as though no refund was made so there is no unauthorized payment on my account. How can I get my refund?
