My Experience Confirms It — AliExpress Is a Sham
For years, I deliberately avoided shopping on AliExpress. It never struck me as a trustworthy platform, and I always had doubts about its credibility. But recently, I came across a product I couldn’t find anywhere else — and since it wasn’t too expensive, I decided to take the risk.
A Decision I Regret
Unfortunately, my instincts were right all along. From the moment I placed the order, the experience felt off. I began receiving a flood of bizarre shipping updates, sometimes multiple per day, that didn’t make any sense. Then — just like that — the updates stopped altogether.
Weeks passed. The delivery deadline came and went, and there was still no sign of the product.
Fake Tracking and Radio Silence
It quickly became obvious that the shipping updates were fabricated. They seemed designed to keep me hopeful and delay any disputes or complaints. There was no real tracking, no package in transit — just an illusion.
To make matters worse, AliExpress offered no communication or customer support. I wasn’t contacted, I wasn’t refunded, and I certainly didn’t receive my item.
A Platform Built on Mistrust?
At this point, it honestly feels like giving your money to scammers. The platform acts as the middleman but offers no protection, no accountability, and no genuine service.
If I could go back, I would’ve saved myself the frustration and just walked away. AliExpress confirmed every doubt I had — it’s not worth your time, your trust, or your money.
Final Thought: Shop With Caution
If you’re considering trying AliExpress for the first time — don’t. And if you’ve already been burned like I was, you’re not alone. It’s time we hold platforms like this accountable for failing the very customers they claim to serve.
