Description
I recently received a payment for an animation project which was put on hold. I indicated that it was a digital product and that the customer had, indeed, received it. Around this same time I received a notification from Paypal asking for more information about me. I provided this information (proof of address, passport photo, etc), however, to complete this process I now have to confirm a credit card. Do I need a card on file to confirm my identity? Will my payment get released without providing a card? If so, in how long?
