Need help linking paypal to psn account.

Hello, I’ve been trying to link my paypal account to my psn to buy the Frozen Legends bundle for Fortnite. It already has a cc linked to it and also has $35.00 in the balance. I can log in via web browser and mobile perfectly, but psn keeps showing email or password is invalid even tho i know it ain’t. After about 10-20 attempts of trying to link it, it now shows on my ps4 that my paypal is locked and i need to visit www.paypal.com to unlock my account. But when i log in on paypal, it lets me log in and dosn’t say anything about it being locked. I even tried linking it with mobile/pc on sonys website, and it pops up with i need to link a cc to my paypal account even tho i already have one linked to it, can someone please help me?
