Why is the balance for PayPal Credit so hard to find?

Description
I cannot for the life of me understand why PayPal Credit balances seem to be hidden on the app and they are not front and center on the website. It appears to be a ploy to collect late fees when people see that their balance is $0, but it really is not. This needs to be changed and I think a CALS should be filed to correct this problem.
