Transfer funds to Credit Card does not appear.

Hello. Previously I was easily able to transfer all my PayPal funds to my Credit Card. Now when I tried doing it, I pressed the Transfer Funds button, but it showed me to link a Bank Account option only. My Credit Card is linked and verified, everything is ok. But can’t find anywhere the option to transfer the funds to it. What is the point of having the Credit Card attached then if you removed this option? I press Transfer Funds. You can see that the card is attached on the left. Here is the only option it gives me.
