## Where’s My Refund? Seller Refund Stuck, Help!

Hey everyone,

I’m reaching out because I’m a little puzzled about a recent seller refund. On October 3rd, 2020, I received a partial refund from a seller. It’s correctly showing up in my activity log, which is great! But here’s the thing – the money hasn’t actually made it into my bank account.

Now, in the past, refunds have always gone straight to my bank automatically. I haven’t had to lift a finger. This time, though, it seems stuck in limbo. Is there some hidden step I’m missing? Is the transfer process supposed to be manual this time around?

I’ve searched the platform’s help section, but I haven’t found anything definitive. Any experience from fellow users working with seller refunds would be super appreciated. Don’t worry, I’m patient and just hope to get this sorted out!
