Have others had problems buying from this seller? I ordered toilet paper on April 9 and was not told that the product was not immediately available or that shipping would take more than 3 weeks. Seller’s customer service replied on May 18 with no anticipated delivery date, just that the usual delivery is 7-15 business days. Then they confirmed with shipping company that most packages will be delivered within 25 business days and a few up to 30 business days. Order was not shipped until April 18, and just checked USPS tracking and it has not even arrived at USPS as of May 27! I am suppose to track the parcels online myself and wait more days after the 30 days, and then they will contact shipping company to check again. I will never attempt to do any business with a company that cannot track the package and give me an honest delivery date. I am told to wait more days.” Deadline to raise this to a Dispute is June 2.”
