I purchased 3 of what was advertised on facebook as 25cc 12” chainsaws. They had a lengthy video showing these small saws in action. what received was 3 lengths of chain with hand loops on the end. company is in china, and I didnt mind a wait. I claimed through Paypal and the outcome is that I have to send back the goods at my expense, and only then will I get my money back. where the hell is the support there ? The company commit fraud, take my money and all Paypal do is agree with the fraudsters that I should post the fraudulent items back to china before any refund. What a bloody joke.
