Refunding to PayPal Credit

Description
I have two cases in the resolution center totaling $225.14 (paid via PayPal Credit), which is also my PayPal Credit balance. I want to pay off my PayPal Credit balance. If I pay that PayPal Credit balance and then receive a refund, will it cause a problem with my PayPal Credit balance/refund? For example, would I then have a -$225.14 balance in my PayPal Credit account? OR Will the refund go to my PayPal account? OR Will I receive no refund because there is no debt (or balance) in my PayPal Credit account?
