Description
I paid £450 via PP Credit for a PC that arrived damaged, the seller said he would issue a refund on receipt of getting the PC back. Now it says the refund was cancelled by him but he says the money never cleared and cancelled the transaction, so what do I do now? He showed me the email saying he never actually had the money as it was pending.
