Refund being sent to a closed bank account.

Description
Long story short, I am due for a refund from a seller who failed to fulfill my commission. The problem is the refund is going to a bank account which I closed about 2 months ago. I am just wondering, how can I claim my refund? Is there a way to change where it is going to or will it just get credited to my PayPal balance if it fails to go to the closed bank?
