Hi I don’t use PayPal that often, almost never domestically However, I do sometimes us it to facilitate transfer from other countries, as it is a good universal option. I have a simple Friends & Family transfer come through, I really needed the funds WHEN he made the payment. I don’t mind if it gets reviewed, they can call him etc. But I **DO** mid a huge delay, to access MY OWN funds – that I need urgently. What can I do?
