I had used the no interest 6 month payment plan or what not to pay for a product. I paid every month and used PayPal for other things like buying movie tickets an such. by the time I paid the 6 months off they added my interest charges to the other things I had purchased and told me a specific amount to pay off when I called customer service to pay it all to 0. when I finally paid it off it still wasn’t paid off and they said there were more charges for things I did not even buy I had paid it off and when I called to have the phone call listened too they said they’d call me back in a week and who to speak with. I called back to speak with an emily” as I was instructed and was told no “emily” works as a supervisor so I talked to a rasheeda and a week later she said she’d call back never did.
