Hi I’m looking for any information or help as I can’t find any answers anywhere and PayPal can’t give me a reason, my problem is is I’ve had PayPal credit a while now and still have available money to use but I’ve been trying to use my available credit but everywhere I try the PayPal credit is greyed out even though I chose as preferred payment method, I’ve had no problems until two weeks ago I’m up to date with payment but Ive tried at a few places I’ve used it previously but now at checkout I select it then PayPal page keeps saying sorry we can’t offer you PayPal credit at the moment even though I already have it so I am so confused and can’t find any information about my problem anywhere so I was really hoping someone could shed some light on this as I really could use some advice from people who maybe have had this happen to them. I greatly appreciate any help and advice thank you x
