Paypal Credit Fouled Up

I’m trying to pay for an eBay purchase using the extended credit deal from PayPal. I have a credit account with PayPal that has been active for several years, yet when I try to pay using that option, I am asked for information to open a new PP credit account. If I enter the information, I get a response that I already have an account, try another payment method. Naturally, the deal runs out in 2 days, and I can’t get a human at either eBay or PayPal. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
