Hi eBay says I have been paid for an item but my PayPal account is not showing receipt of any funds. eBay says I was paid 3 February. I queried with the buyer and he/she said – “ PAYPAL transaction no is 8GE 0451119928815 D. You were paid on 3-2-21â€. Any advice would be appreciated
