PAYING BILLS WITH PAYPAL CREDIT SENDING CASH TO BANK ACCOUNT

Description
Is it possible to pay a bill that doesn’t accept PayPal credit by my sending that amount of the bill as a credit loan to my personal bank account then paying the bill using those funds when they appear in my bank account? For clarity, I need 300 dollars to pay a bill, they dont accept credit card payments, can I use Paypal credit to lend myself the 300 dollars? Is it possible to use my Paypal Credit Mastercard , which has a separate account number to pay that bill?
