I just had the most frustrating customer service call , I take payments through PP Business , I had a client try to pay me 41,000 through their Amex and PP denied it, We (the client and I) called them to find out why and was told by the Service Rep that you must have a Paypal account to send money, I said if that was so then why do you even give us card readers if everyone who pays has to have a PP account ? I asked for a supervisor but she would not send me to one. So now I am trying to receive this payment through other means while inconveniencing my client. This makes absolutely no sense and goes against the very purpose of the reason that you get the readers. Stupid Stupid. So I will be after 15 years of being with them will have to switch to a service that actually incorporates common sense in their customer service.
