Pay Pal Credit Order Submitted but Merchant cannot process order.

Hello, I tried to buy a laptop today through Currys/PC World. I went through the process of paying by PayPal Credit. I received an email with a transaction ID saying the order had been submitted. When I was returned to the PC World page it said that they could not process my order. Does this mean I will still be charged on my credit. Would I be able to try again and order or would I be charged twice?
