Negative funds in balance question

Hello, Last week I logged into my account and it said my account balance was minus (-) $205.68 for some reason, advising that I would need to add funds to my account to rectify it. I transferred funds to my account to fix it, and I expected it to change to $0.00 once it arrived, but it’s at +$205.68 now. I’m confused. Can anyone explain what is happening here? Cheers, Ryan
