## PayPal Says My Cancelled Flight Was “Delivered”? – Help!

My frustration with PayPal right now is reaching epic levels. I booked flights through a platform that accepted PayPal as payment. When the airline cancelled the flights, I immediately requested a refund through PayPal. What happened next was astonishing.

PayPal actually **closed my case**, stating: “This decision was made because our records show that the item or service associated with this transaction was delivered to you.”

**Delivered?** My flight was **cancelled!** I never even boarded the plane!

This simply makes no sense. What kind of logic is that? I’m speechless. PayPal, what’s the point of even having a buyer protection program if you’re going to side with the seller in such a clear-cut case?

I feel completely cheated. I understand that sometimes things happen, and cancellations occur. But what PayPal is doing here feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid responsibility.

**What can I do now?**

Has anyone else had a similar experience with PayPal?

I’m seriously considering escalating this issue. Are there any consumer protection agencies I can turn to? Do I have any legal recourse in this situation?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I need to find a way to get my money back – I spent hard-earned cash for a flight that never took place!
