## PayPal Purgatory: My Money, Their Rules?

Okay, rant time. I’m officially fed up. PayPal, for the second time, has decided to put my hard-earned money on hold. This isn’t some obscure new buyer, either. We’ve done business before – multiple times even! Yet, despite the fact that my customer confirmed receiving their order, *weeks ago*, my funds are still trapped in limbo.

What’s the justification? Apparently, “buyer protection.” I get it, sometimes things go wrong. But this customer is happy, they have their product, and for whatever reason, PayPal is acting like I’m a con artist. It’s incredibly frustrating.

And then there’s the timing. Let’s just say I noticed their stock price taking a hit lately. Coincidence? Maybe. But it’s hard not to wonder what role their financial struggles might be playing in this hold.

This is a real problem for small businesses like mine. We rely on timely access to our funds. Every day these funds are locked away is another day of lost opportunities for growth and investment.

Frankly, I’m done. Until PayPal gets its act together and treats its sellers fairly, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Maybe they need a little competition to remember who keeps them afloat.
