## Pandemic Hardship, Late Fees, and a Plea for Understanding

Hey everyone,

So, here’s a bit of a frustrating situation I’m in. I recently received a late-payment fee notification, and honestly, it stings.

As a fresh graduate navigating the world post-university, every penny counts, and especially during these difficult times when the pandemic has impacted everyone financially.

The reason I was unable to pay on time is that I had to leave the UK permanently and transfer my account balance back to my home country.

I understand that late payments can be problematic, and I definitely didn’t intend to incur any fees. I wanted to check if it would be possible to apply for a waiver under these circumstances.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a chance they could be understanding of my situation, especially given the global pandemic? Any advice on how to approach this situation would be greatly appreciated!
