How to release held payments – new seller

Hello, I’m new to selling online, and my first few payments recived through Paypal have been put on hold. That’s fine, and understandable, but Paypal say it will be 21 days before the payments are released unless I prove delivery. I bought postage through Paypal – but not tracked postage as the value of the items bought didnt justify it (and I didnt know in advance it would be helpful to get me started!) So is there anything I can do – other than wait? And how many transactions will this happen on before I’m deemed OK? Hope you can help Many thanks Sue
